Shinrin Yoku

The ancient Japanese practice of forest bathing derives from Shinto and Buddhist practices. It is intended to support us to slow down as we find our way to a space that is guided by our intuition and curiosity. To be still as we observe our surroundings using our senses to tap into a deeper connection with nature.

On-times walking barefoot and feeling the earth beneath us.

Tea Ceremony

As we close the bathe with a gathering of affirmations and gratitude along with sharings, there are offerings of a variety of teas and lite refreshments.

Hot chocolate and s’mores available on request.

We will come to your chosen woodland within and around South Wales. Bathes last for up to 3 hours but no less than 2 hours. The cost is £20 per an adult & £12 per child, may incur a milage charge depending on location and size of the group. Bathes include the closing tea ceremony with light refreshments. We ask that there are no more than 7 people at one time due to the nature of the practice.
